The first and foremost thing that you need to do is to make a list of topics that you can teach well. Jot down all the things that you know about.

If you are finding it difficult then you can begin with thinking about the subjects that you were good in, during your school or college. Figure out the problems that you had solved for your friends. Maybe, that is your profitable niche.

2- Passion
